Products showing as "under-construction" won't add to cart

I am having issues with my VM site - http://www.pinecrossmusic.com

When you click on any of the store products, the file path looks like this:

http://pinecrossmusic.com/index.php/under-construction/christmas-anthems/on-a-silent-night-detail

"under-construction" does not show up from any of the tabs, only the store products. I've looked and can not find a file in the directory labeled "under-construction" I was told it could be a redirect in the htaccess but I can't find anything.
I can add things to my cart; get all the way through checkout via paypal and place an order. I can do this on an android phone (several models), android tablet, my macbook pro and my iMac. For what ever reason, it will not add items to cart on ipad or iphone. It will not add to cart on a PC either. It comes up with "under-construction" when you try to click add to cart. I assume these issues are all related.

It's driving me crazy. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
