Payment Methods not showing in cart

Joomla 2.5.7 - VM 2.0.12 - OTAnte template. New to this (hard work!). 

Payment Methods do not show in cart. I have two payment methods (Bank transfer and Paypal) which I believe are correctly configured and both are published. Auto select is enabled (I have also tried with Auto select disabled - same result).

Message in cart: "No payment method has been configurated" - I am asked to select a payment methods but no methods is shown to select.

PS: I have read through most posts in this Forum regarding Payment but not found an answer to my question, so please answer if you can help.

Suggests that payment methods are not properly set up. Did you by any change select a shopper group when setting up the payment? The group should be left blank unless applying different payment methods to specific groups.

Enable Automatic Selected Payment should only be used if there is one payment method.

No shopper group selected. Automatic Selected Payment disabled. - Still no payment methods showing in cart.

I have taken screen shots of the settings but how do I attach them to this message?

Where is the option of enabling Automatic Payment Method as I have only one payment gateway.
I am using VM 2.014 with Joomla 1.5.26

I'm having the same issue like Panorama, my payment method doesnt show any option up.

i've already inside the payment method configured : shopper group as blank (avaiable for all the users)
Automatic Selected Payment is disabled in configuration/Check out

i've got two payment methods, and no one shows up, i'm becoming so desperate that i don't know what else to do, i also put the tab configuration vm_payment standard for countries as blank and Still no payment methods showing in cart.

I hope some help from you guys.

my payment method is a vm payment plugin standard because the payment is a bank transfer.
Shopper group is available for all
List Order is 0

My products has configured weight values and stock also.

what do you mean with assigned? assigned to what? , i will like you to add more details.

My payment method is still showing "We are sorry, no payment method matches the characteristics of your order. Please " .

I'll appreciate some help.
