Products per page

Hye everybody

First sorry for my english.
Here is my question.

I want to have 3 rows of products with 4 products in a row.

The problem is that when i say i want 4 products in a row, i can't have more than 8 products in a page... Where can i define parameters to have 16 products in a page for example or 30 etc... ??
I want to see all my products without have to change page

Please help me
