BUG: Menu Type VM Categories Layout and VM Product Category Custom Page Title

Hi Community, Dev Team,

i would like to use the Virtuemart custom page title function for a product category:

- When i select Menu Item Type "VirtueMart Categories Layout" for my Joomla menu item the Virtuemart category custom page title does not work.

- For Menu Item Type "Virtuemart Category Layout" the custom page title works fine.

Joomla 2.5.7
Virtuemart 2.0.12f
