Full migrate of site from J1.5.26/VM1.1.19 to J2.5.7/VM2.0.12

Currently in J1.5.26/VM1.1.19 with Custom SagePay Payment Module (VM2 ready)

Need it to go to J2.5.7/VM2.0.12

1. Need template reworked for J2.5 compatibility
2. All data migrated from old to new
3. First test on dev server then deploy to live
