Display selected Categories or Manufacturers

Hi
Is there any way to display "selected Categories" or "all Products of one Manufacture"?
with default menu of virtuemart I can only select one category.

For example I want to display A, D & E Subcategories in my specified page.

or display all the products of Sony Manufacture.
