Privacy field in registration and request bill from cart

Hi all,

I'm sorry for my bad english, but i won't to talk with you for the subject, my problem is:

1. When user compiling the form registration he need to see and accept the privacy law and then go to the shop, now it isn't there are only checkbox for privacy but not showing the text;

2. I have insert in the cart page the radio button to request a bill, but when the user click on the button checkout this value where send and how i take this value in db table.

My configuration:
Joomla! 2.5.7
VirtueMart 2.0.10e
