Solved! MAJOR ISSUE VM 2.0.4 Joomla 2.5.7

Having major issue, about to go live with site and all of a sudden none of my products are showing up? I need help with this ASAP!

I have checked all backend and everything seems to be input correctly, but only 1 product shows up?? WT? This is so frustrating, and too late to start fresh with something else?? This is costing my huge!

Check weather that product is associated with any Shopper group.
If so, the others may have been not associated with any Shopper group.

Clean shopper group or select anonymous. btw, Forget to mention your joomla, vm and PHP version.
What's your configuration for pagination and max products shows in fe?

deebd if you are really using 2.0.4 then you are many versions behind. Current is VM2.0.12f

enoon is right to consider shopper groups, especially if you have been checking FE as admin. Products should be assigned to anonomous (or shopper group left alone) if they are to show to normal shoppers who are not logged in.

Thanks so much! The shopper group was it.

I am very hesitant to update to a newer version, as the site hasn't gone live yet and I have lost so much time on this template. I really have no idea how to upgrade and don't want to add more confusion at this juncture.

Now that this part is fixed maybe you can point me to the right thread on setting up shipping and payment methods?

Good to know you solved, before i didn't noticed you vm version, is too old as jenkinhill noticed! It not difficult to track template changes, please take a look over here:

An other way is to compare your source files with the original com_virtuemart/view files from 2.0.12f or vm 2.0.4 com_virtuemsrt/view files with the latest version (2.0.12f) and track the changes and update your template overrides!

Tracking the changes and apply them to your custom overrides is not more than 1-2 hours job!

Even more need to update if you have not yet set up payment & shipping. Many bugs have been fixed and more options included.
