HELP, CAN'T ORDER ANYMORE

After upgrading from 2.06 to 2.0.12b my customers can't place any orders anymore.
Our shipment methods are related to specific countries and the default country for the BT is Netherlands.
I have BT same as ST, but when the cart is opened VM complains about missing address information and does NOT come up with selections for shipment methods. Result is that the checkout proces gets stalled

How can this be solved ?
Have a huge problem now and need 2.0.12 because this solves other problems .....

Did some more testing.
1) I publish a single shipment method (called Free shipment) based on zipcode and country
2) Add a product to the cart
3) Select the corresponding zipcode and country in the cart as BT and use same ST as BT option
Shipment method is not displayed
4) Select the corresponding zipcode and country in the cart as ST and unchecked same ST as BT option
Shipment method is displayed

Anyone else experiencing this problem ?

It looks like there is a bug that BT info is not used in the shipment method selection when using same ST as BT option ....

Already upgraded to 2.0.12e for both VM and AIO

Hello,

Did your try without template overrides? Is it working? If yes did you make the changes on your custom template from upgrading 206-208-2010-2012?
