(more) User fields in ask a question about this product

When user ask a question about product
1. Some user wants answer by phone
2. Some user input wrong e-mail and we dont have other contact information

it will be good if add a phone field in form

1. option another field in ask a question form
or
2. in administation add column with checkboxes to assign some field to ask a question form

Thanks, I can do this, but it will be nice if there are these opiton by default. In user field menu column with "Display in Ask question"
