Custom Fields Not Showing in Product Details

We seem to be having problems with the display of the custom fields. We can save all the fields eg. Small Blue, Medium Blue etc. but when we save only some show in the product details.

Please see screenshots. The custom fields all have stock, so i'm not sure why they dont show?
