When Menu type VirtueMart » Front page is default JQuery problems

Hi,

I did intensive testing to find out what causes the problem with cashing and Jquery. Here is the result:
When Menu Type "Virtuemart >> Front page" is selected as the default menu item
And the user is not logged in
The following Console error occures

on menu item VirtueMart » Front page

When the user is logged in in FE (No admin) there are no errors
When menu type Articles » Single Article is selected as default. there are no errors
