products disappear from cart with more then 10-12 products

Hi all,

Jooma 2.5.7 AND Virtuemart 2.08a

I have a problem.
When putting 10 to 12 different products in the shoppingcart, the shoppingcart suddenly empties when you clik on "Pay Now". The first button.

I have searched in this forum and I found as solution upgrade to VM 2.06 ( I use 2.08a already) or set session handler in the backend of Joomla from "database" to "none".
But when I change this session handler to "none" I am throwing out of Joomla and cannot login anymore. So by configuration.php I set this back to "database" again.

Does anyone has a solution?

Problem solved!

I indeed have to set the database handler to none in the Joomla backend.
The problem was that I didn't startup the browser again so I stayed in the same browser.
