Is it possible to create configurable product?

Is it possible to create a configurable product in VM 2?
For example, product will have 2 dropdown lists.
User can't choose anything from the dropdown list 2 while he chooses something in dropdown list 1.
Only after attribute will be chosen in dropdown list 1, dropdown list 2 will open.
Is it possible to do that?
If yes, then how?

I need second dropdown list to show the price depends on what was choosen in the first drop down.
