vat error with discounted price

Joomla 2.5 + virtuemart 2.0.10

I have a problem with vat when I add a discount price. Virtuemart does not calculate the VAT in discounted price

price: 10 euro:
discounted price: 9 euro
vat: 1 euro

but the  true vat is 0.9 euro
