check out confirmation going to blank screen virtuemart 2.0.11d

Hi,

I upgraded to virtuemart 2.0.11d because my new registered users all of a sudden were not showing up in virtuemart as shoppers.  I believe this problem has been fixed with the upgrade.

But now my customers can't place orders.  When they hit the confirm button it goes to a blank screen:

index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=opc&controller=opc  (yes I use onepagecheckout)

And the order is recorded but it is missing customer information.  I see the orders in the virtuemart backend but there is no name or email of customer. 

This happened when I upgraded.

Please help!

Hi,

You are using One page checkout that is a third party extension, did you ask the vendor of that extension if 2.0.11d that is been tested with his component?
Try to disable that plugin and test it again

That is the first thing I tried, I disabled it.

This is now my check out screen:

/index.php/component/virtuemart/cart?Itemid=0

It has the shopping cart, I check off terms and click on "Check out now" button.

/index.php/component/virtuemart/cart/edit_shipment?Itemid=0

I select a shipping method and click Save button.  Goes to step 4

/index.php/component/virtuemart/cart?Itemid=0

click on "confirm order"

/index.php/component/virtuemart/cart?Itemid=0

And it loops me back to the same screen.  Asks me to confirm order again.

The order gets recorded in the virtuemart back-end without my contact information.  And the front end doesn't show any real order is finished?

So all of this is with onepage disabled.

Hello,

i think is miss configuration in the payment or shipment plugin. Did you try to setup the default one's for testing?
