No error message or form validation when checking out

I have VM 2 set to require agreement to the tos on every order. When someone clicks "check out now" from the shopping cart when logged in and they have not ticked the check box for agreeing to the TOS they are returned to the cart page but there is no error message or instruction telling them that they need to agree to the TOS.

If you add the product to the cart and create an account and attempt to check out with out ticking the TOS you will see what I mean. I am running the latest version of Virtuemart 2.0.10 and Joomla! 2.5.7.

Been searching the forums unsuccessfully so any help would be much appreciated!

Have you tried updating the version of vm now at 2.0.21
