Minor Bug: Vendor Address in Confirmation eMail has Trailing '1'

I have tested this and confirmation order emails and invoices have a number '1' at the end in some cases. I believe it is a '1' for the boolean for 'I agree to the Terms of Service' attached to the vendor's Additional Information tab in VM's Shop setup. I am using VM 2.0.10 and tested it with MoWebso and Beez5. Basically, if the vendor specified has the TOS checked, the '1' shows up; if the TOS is not checked, the '1' does not show up.
