New position menu in backend

Hello,

I would add a new view in Backend Virtuemart.

What should I make?

I copy the folder .../administrator/components/com_virtuemart/views/user and rename it to "seweryn"
then I copy file user.php from .../administrator/components/com_virtuemart/controllers and rename it to seweryn.php

I thought that it should be enough, but when I click on: http://domain/administrator/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=seweryn, it display white page only.

What should I change/add?
