vm2.0.11 calc rule shared status lost on save.

Currently testing 2.0.11, congrats for the great work!
Calc rules are now applyed correctly to vendors and the shared option is also working great.
Only thing that should be improved is when editing a rule and saving, the "shared" status is lost and has to be applyed again after saving.
Problem is: it leaves products without tax for few seconds only (if admin is quick) but still.
The shared option should be added to the calc rule edition form in a future update.

The same problem is in J2.5 and Virtuemart 2.0.22a.
I can't save configuration for shipment_method

I put in configuration tab all information ( zip codes, price, no. of products etc. )
When I click Save or Save and close, all informations from configuration tab disappear
