i want to configure my shipment method as this example.

I have € 200 of product

Then , on Shipment , if the customer choos a particular type of payment, i want that the spedition price is x + 1% of € 200
So i want a fixed price plus the 1% of the total of product.

Is possible?

The default shipment cost is not related to the payment.
You must adapt the shipement in that case.

Look at those 2 options

Minimum Amount
Maximum Amount

I know what you mean, but i need that the payment cost is the x% of the total amount of the order.

With your idea i can put a fixed price for different amount order.

I need a price flexible on total amount of the order
