hello dear all!
I have joomla 2.5.4 (site shaper vertex template)
and have installed vm2 with php5
I didnot see the shopping cart yet!
it is invisible at my front end! and requesting the shopping cart  lead to this error:

        vmdebug self::$_jpConfig->lang en_gb
        vmdebug vmTime: loadConfig db no: 0.0076758861541748
        vmdebug Start used Ram 2M

Sounds to me like an incomplete installation. See here: http://dev.virtuemart.net/projects/virtuemart/wiki/Installation_of_VirtueMart_2_with_provided_packages
The vmdebug infos are not errors. They are just an information for the shop developer. You can switch debugging off in VM2 configuration.

VMDebug can be switched off in VM2 'Configuration' - 'Shop' tab, - 'Advanced settings'.

I am selling only virtual products that can be easily ordered online and purchased online and be downloaded instead of shipping.
so shipment and all about that is not requierd....
