VM2 ADMIN Search by Company

Am I going mad or is it not possible to search for orders in VM2 by company name?

ALL of my customers are companies.  Some of them have a dozen people who place orders, and quite frankly, trying to remember the name of a person from every company is crazy.  I just want to be able to go into the admin and search for an order from company ABC Incorporated.

Why can't I do that?  I would have thought this would be a simple requirement.

Does anyone know if this is going to be included in the next release?  This is something we desperately need.
