Memory Error

Keep getting the following memory error when trying to install the 2nd file:

com_virtuemart.2.0.10_ext_aio.tar.gz

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /home/virtuema/public_html/joomla/plugins/vmcustom/stockable/stockable.php on line 83


php info shows 512M for memory, any ideas on whats causing the memory error?
