Installation Errors

When installting VirtueMart on my Joomla 1.5 app I get the following erros and it will not install:

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/hermes/waloraweb024/b1524/blu.fctechnet/administrator/components/com_virtuemart/helpers/config.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php-5.2.17/lib/php') in /hermes/waloraweb024/b1524/blu.fctechnet/administrator/components/com_virtuemart_allinone/script.vmallinone.php on line 319Can you please help?

Hello

If the file administrator/components/com_virtuemart/helpers/config.php' is not there, may be use have not
installed first the component  com_virtuemart?
Only upon successfull installation of the component  com_virtuemart you install com_virtuemart_aio.
