product sort

Hello together,

where and how can I change the standard product sort in frontend?
I want that the standard product sort is descending (z to a) not ascending (a to z).

Hi,
I have the same question.
Actually I found something for the ordering in the administrator/modules/product.php but if I change the DESC to ASC it doesn´t work.

I want to show the newest products first.
