Feature Development - Set the start country in Address options

I have see the hack to this - Yes I know you can do this - But part of VM2 core it would be nice -

You can set your start country in the address options - I actually turn off my other countries but for others it would be nice to set your start country in the drop down box.

If someone knows where that hack went then you could just link it here -
