List a sub category in multiple top level categories

As the title says, I want to list several sub categories in multiple top level categories

For instance, and I do apologise but we are opening an adult themed shop

We have leather restraints

I would like anyone going into the restraints menu, the dungeon menu and even the punishment menu to be able to select them.

Any ideas?
