Viruemart cart session doesn't work properly with SSL

Hi

One of my project AllToolsNT (https://www.alltoolsnt.com.au/) website is developed in Joomla V1.5.23 and VirtueMart 1.1.8. 

I am getting a very weird issue in site after integration of SSL. When i add a product in to cart and it shows it is added but when i either move to next step or next page of the site then cart shows empty and now and then items is added also but i faces this most of times, cart gets empty itself after moving around some pages in site. It seems like an issue with SSL and Cookies. We had already informed SSL providers to look up into this but they said SSL is working fine.

The main thing is that this issue only comes up with SSL. I tried the same codebase at different servers where it is working fine. Even we are using same VirtueMart SSL settings in other project where it works fine with SSL.

Please guide me if anyone has already faced and fixed such issue.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
