Click on Check out now -> Paypal payment page

When I click on "check out now" it directs me to user login form & user registration form.

How can i SKIP this step and directly go to the Paypal Payment page?

Could you please first check if you have disable the option "Only registered users can checkout" under Configuration->Checkout?

Yes that is un-ticked. I have also disable "On checkout, ask for registration" option in this case.
