2.0.6 to 2.0.8e Upgrade failed...

Using the automatic upgrade feature failed.

I then used the extension installer which did work.

However my language file got over written - which I fixed by restoring a back up.

My category template also doesn't work any more.

I have a default.php in /var/www/sites/wylie/wylies.co.nz/subdomains/www/html/templates/wyliesmay2012v2/html/com_virtuemart/category but it doesn't seem to be using that version any more.

I tried checking the template defaults in the configuration but didn't see anything obvious.

My site is also logging the user out and clearing the active cart once it's going ~15 items in it and I have no idea why or how to debug it.  Suggestions welcomed.
