Urgent Virtuemart Payment Process System Integration

System Details :    Joomla 2.5.6 site with Virtuemart 2.0.6.

Problem Details :  I am recreating my old joomla 1.0 site into the latest version. All has been done except the payment process system as we needed.

We do manual shipment. So, we always adjust or update the shipment cost later, after getting the order from our customer. Here is the payment process of our old site [www.burburhobbies.com] :

1. when a customer first checkout a product, the order status becomes pending
2. Then we update the shipment price manually from back-end & the customer get an email with the new price & a link of payment system[paypal] to pay
3. After their payment the status becomes confirmed & then after completion we update the status to shipped.
