New Website But Running Older Versions

Still on joomla 1.5 and VM 1.2 have not upgraded because things are just working beautifully on this site. I don't want to fix what's not broken so I left it on the older version. Totally bypassed the VM payment processing and just used paypal via a 3rd party vendor.
