Completion of a purchase order generated white page and no e-mail notification

I have changed some settings.

Upgrade from 2.0.6 to 2.0.8, as well as the granting of rights of some users of ADMIN, so that they can also work in the shop.

I may have changed quite a bit, but I am not aware of that.

The site has already worked with 2.0.6, but now when I place an order concluding I get a white page.
It's a mail to the buyer, but no more mail to the seller.

I've been playing around with the admins with the buyer group, thought maybe there is no clear association who is responsible for the operation. But sadly no positive result.

I hope someone can help me.

White screen likely means there is a PHP error. In the admin section,  go global config and set error reporting to development and try it again. This time you should see the error that is stopping execution.

Thank you for the encirclement of the error!

I received the following error message:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30 720 bytes) in / var/www/web77/html/libraries/joomla/mail/helper.php on line 149

After this I told my provider, the settings were changed.

Memory and the post_max_size limit has been increased!

Now it works. - THANK YOU
