Select command keeps denied

Hello,

When I try to add a product I get the following error:

vmError: exeSortSearchListQuery SELECT command denied to user 'howard_data1'@'localhost' for column 'virtuemart_product_id' in table 'l' SQL=SELECT SQL_CALC_FOUND_ROWS * FROM `jq432_virtuemart_products_en_gb` as l JOIN `jq432_virtuemart_products` AS p using (`virtuemart_product_id`)group by p.`virtuemart_product_id` ORDER BY p.virtuemart_product_id DESC LIMIT 0, 10

The database settings are correct in terms of allowing to select command. Does anybody know where I need to look next for this problem?

BUMP!

We are having this issue too, began around the 1st July 2012 out of no where. Virtuemart has been updated and database has been updated. Nothing is working.

Categories can be added fine, but products do not add. We go in, create one and it says successful, then it disappears, like it isnt connecting to the Database to be able to display the products.

We had about 15 products in Virtuemart then all of a sudden they disappeared. They are still in the database, but not displaying on the shop or in the virtuemart backend.


The error we have is:

Help URGENTLY would be appreciated as we are a web dev company and this is for a customer who is frustrated that her products have been removed for a month without realising.
