com_virtuemart.2.0.8_ext_aio.tar.gz succeeds.

If you don't tell anyone what's going wrong, no one can fix the problem.
What kind of error do you get?

That is the reason we have to installers. When one of them work be happy. Profis dont need this, this is all for the beginners.

in your case the server has the 2 mb limit, and can extract tar.gz, my preferred format.

But others have different configured servers, 2mb limit, no problem, but they are not able to extract tar.gz. Not every solution, works for everyone!
