Double tax for shipment

I'm having some problems with the taxes of my shipment. When I set my shipment price at € 10,00 and I use the standard tax rule of 19%, the total ammount for each shipping is € 11,90.

So far so good, but when I look at my shopping cart I see that the tax is included twice. In the shipment costs and in the total tax.



It actually should display:

Subtotal: € 30,79
Shipment: € 10,00 (without the tax included!)
Total tax: € 7,75
Total: € 48,54

This is my basket.html file, what do I need to change to get this result displayed?
