Prive included tax

Hello,

I have a question cq a problem.
What i want is that the proces in VM2 are displayed included tax.
I make the settings also in the customer groups but the prices still diplayed without tax.
The only way to see the prices included tax is to login..... then i see it included tax.

Please help me.. what do i wrong?
