Web developer needed to fix a custom field problem.

We are using Virtuemart 2 and Joomla 2.5.4.

Text inputted through the custom field VM plugin - text input (a simple textbox) is not added to our orders.
The text is visible in the cart and inserted in the database but not present in the Joomla backend.
The other custom fields work fine.
