Manufacturer/Vendor Only One Category per Profile

I'm selling photographs, my artists would like to see what pieces were sold. I heard that I can open manufacturer profile, but how to limit it, that they can only see stock movement ? Or how to limit vendor profile to one category- example I have two artists- John and Merry. I would like to give John access to his profile thru administration panel but not to the Merry's profile. Is it possible to do ?
