Cash On Delivery & Bank Deposit

Hi,

I am developing an eshop with joomla 2.5.4 and Virtuemart 2.0.4. I have install the AIO Component of Virtuemart. I am trying to create two payment methods but i cannot find any particular pre-installed payment method. I would like to create one payment Cash On Delivery and one for Bank Deposit (not direct, the user will be informed by email with the bank account in order to go to the bank and make the payment). Can anyone help me (step by step) how to create these two payments? On virtuemart Payment Methods dropdown i can see only, Standard, Payzen, SystemPay, Authorize.net and Paypal.

For the Cash On Delivery i though that Standard probably is the most suitable payment method to use because there is no need on sending information to the customer. But on Bank Deposit i would like to send the some information such as the payment order id, the bank account e.t.c.

Any help please how to create these two payments?
