Help - no Payment Methods listed yet AIO "successfully" installed

Yes, it is true.. and I don't know what to do... can't afford to pull out any more hair!

Using VM 2.0.2 with AIO 2.0.2 on Joomla 1.5.25

Found I had no payment methods available, so installed AIO... but still no payment methods listed at http://trophy-express.co.uk/administrator/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=paymentmethod

Plugin VM - Payment, Paypal is enabled.

So, tried to experiment...

I tried to add a payment method in shop/payment methods.. resulting in err: Fatal error: Call to undefined method plgVmPaymentStandard::getVarsToPush() in /home/trophy/public_html/plugins/vmpayment/standard.php on line 40
