Mininum quantity purchased for each shopper group

Hi,
Does anyone know how one can set different minimum purchase quantities for each shopper group?
For ex:
1) Golden Shopper with 30% discount must buy at least 12 units
2) Silver Shopper with 20% discount must buy at least 8 units
3) Bronze shopper with 10% discount must buy at least 3 units

[in VM 2.0.2 and J2.5]

I can see the idea being that you would like to encourage the gold purchaser to purchase more - then maybe just send all gold users a coupon. ( with a 30%) discount over a certain amount.

This gives you control over the amount and the time of the coupon - forcing or encouraging a sale.

* Offer the discount on shipping - where the you can set the number of products - that receive free shipping - you can say on the front page that 12 items or more will be offered free shipping. The customers who have the 30% discount will use their discount coupon then.

In shipping you can encourage all customers to buy big.

your gold members will have special products that they can see and also they know that the more they buy the better the cost and better the shipping . 30% is pretty big. I hope they buy .
