Test order for a virtual download product, payment with PayPal or standard payment:

VM Admin gets an eMail in German with NO hint about virtual product. USER DOES NOT GET AN EMAIL.
Changing status to Confirmed in the order detal page and clicking on "Save" - new status not saved.
Changing status to Confirmed on the order overview page and clicking on "Update Order Status" - new status is saved.
VM Admin gets a Confirmed eMail in ??English?? with NO hint about virtual product. USER DOES NOT GET AN EMAIL.
