Do you want to use Persian language only or Persian and English? (If the shop items show in English, you apparently have installed the English language, too)

yes i just wanna use Persian.. but i dont wanna delete the english language because i think it could make some problem for my english components..

I suppose you simply have to select "Persian" language in your VM2 Configuration - Shop - 'Multilingual Shop'

thnx, but it is not possible to add persian language in to this field because it's not in the list. it can't come in the list
although it is available in "installed site " and "content"!!!

I just tested installing the persian language files for Joomla 2.5.1 and Virtuemart 2. On my installation Joomla produces error messages when I set the Joomla backend language to Persian, but frontend seems to work.

You  can try to locate language file problems by switching "Debug Language" to "ON" in Joomla configuration and then click on the pages you have problems with.

In your database, check if you have the following tables:

xxxxx_virtuemart_categories_en_gb
xxxxx_virtuemart_manufacturercategories_en_gb
xxxxx_virtuemart_manufacturers_en_gb
xxxxx_virtuemart_paymentmethods_en_gb
xxxxx_virtuemart_products_en_gb
xxxxx_virtuemart_shipmentmethods_en_gb
xxxxx_virtuemart_vendors_en_gb

xxxxx_virtuemart_categories_fa_ir
xxxxx_virtuemart_manufacturercategories_fa_ir
xxxxx_virtuemart_manufacturers_fa_ir
xxxxx_virtuemart_paymentmethods_fa_ir
xxxxx_virtuemart_products_fa_ir
xxxxx_virtuemart_shipmentmethods_fa_ir
xxxxx_virtuemart_vendors_fa_ir

If the persian ones are missing, please click on "Install tables or if necessary update them" in Virtumart - Tools and Migration. If the fa_ir tables are in the database, you should also be able to select Persian in the Virtuemart Configuration - Multilanguage selection field.

Maybe there are some problems, because the persian translation is not complete and Joomla or Virtuemart doesn't like a mix of english and persian languages (left-to-right versus right-to-left).
Do you know this: http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=98187.0?
You can also try, if it makes a difference when you disable "Unstranslated strings in english" in Virtuemart Configuration.
