No editing capability of PRICE

Hello installed the VM2.20 and the pricing schema seems to be missing? I can not direct edit the price in list view.  Also, I am missing the price field on left column and the top button when in record called List Prices.
Anyone experiencing the same problem?

I have attached old 1.8 screens vs new 2.02 screens for comparison
