catalog with add to cart

Hi
I wonder if you can set the VirtueMart acts as a catalog, but with an add to cart button? My customers will be able to see my products, but instead of buying them so are they going to put them in the basket to send out a quote which I answer with prices and delivery times. They may not see prices anywhere on the page! Is this possible?
