Issue : Orders not saved ???

Hi everyone,

I have a big problem with VirtueMart. When I finished ordering, joomla gives me an message saying that the command was taken over. But when I go in the backend, my command list is empty.

For if I go against the list of reports, it contains many elements summary, but not the details.

Are this a bug or a misconfiguration on my part?
