Changes to vendor e-mail

I have a multiple vendor setup.  I would like to add the following to the e-mail that goes to the vendor/store owner (mail_html_vendor.php?):

The vendor name of each product (not store owner) next to the Product Name in the product details section.

In the subject line of the e-mail: all vendor names whose products are on the particular order e.g.
Subject: [000a013], Order confirmed by B. Freelance Web Design, Mrs Belinda Frylinck, total R 95,85 from Vendor Name, Vendor Name, Vendor Name

Would this be possible and how do I do it?
