How to create orderlist

In a prehistoric VM version :-) (1.0.13) I made a kind of orderlist (as I call it). For only 5 products to sell a whole shop looks a bit overdone, therefore I preferred to create a kind of orderlist with the 5 products on it.

I created a new product and in this product you had the button ADD NEW ITEM.

In product tab DISPLAY OPTIONS I checked the box for:
List: Use List box for child products"
List Style: One Add to Cart Button
List Style: Display Table Header

In VM 1.1.9 almost the same was still possible. But in the new VM2 I don't see this NEW ITEM button anymore! :-(

How can I create this kind of orderlist in the new VM?


For being totally clear, what I am searching for is:
Productname *** Price *** Quantity
Product 1 *** Product Price *** Quantity box
Product 2 *** Product Price *** Quantity box
Product 3 *** Product Price *** Quantity box
Product 4 *** Product Price *** Quantity box
Product 5 *** Product Price *** Quantity box
Shoppingcart-Button, (under the list, with which the whole order can be placed at once)

In the old VM (1.0.13) I had Table Headers Productname, Packaging (can or tube), Content (number of products in a box), Price, Quantity.

Please show me how to create this in the new VM. I hope this is still possible...
